What Is Covered?

Your extended warranty covers product issues arising from:

Manufacturing defects
Hardware failures under normal usage conditions
Electrical or mechanical faults not caused by external factors
Product malfunctions that occur during the valid warranty period

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by PRISM+.

What Is Not Covered?

The extended warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage
Impact damage, dents, cracks, or scratches
Liquid damage
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or external factors
Cosmetic wear and tear
Consumable items and accessories (unless otherwise specified)
Products that have been modified, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized parties
