Pre-Orders
For all pre-order items, the latest estimated arrival date (ETA) can be found on the respective product page before purchase.

Aircon Orders
A site survey is required before installation can be scheduled. Our team will contact you directly to arrange the survey. Installation will typically take place within 1–2 weeks from the order payment date, subject to site survey completion and appointment availability.

Peak Period Deliveries
During major sales campaigns, festive periods, and other high-volume periods, delivery timelines may be extended beyond the standard lead times stated above.

Working Days
Working days exclude weekends and Public Holidays.
