Why won't my Vortex 2c turn on?

   1. Check the power adapter is plugged into a working power outlet

   2. Check there isn't a power outage

   3. Check the filter is inside the unit. The Vortex 2c won't turn on without it.

   4. Check the bottom cover is closed and turned clockwise until it locks.

   5. Check Child Lock isn't on. If the UV icon flashes 3 times when you tap, hold the UV / Child Lock icon for 3 seconds to unlock.

   If the power icon is blinking slowly, the unit is in standby. Tap the power icon to turn it on.
