If your PRISM+ monitor won't turn on, don't worry, it doesn't always mean the monitor is faulty.

The issue is commonly caused by:

  • A loose power cable
  • A faulty power outlet or extension socket
  • An incorrect input source
  • No signal from your computer
  • A temporary hardware or power issue

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to identify and resolve the problem.

    • surge protector, or

    • Disconnect and reconnect the HDMI or DisplayPort cable.
    • Ensure both ends are securely connected.
    • Try another display cable if available.

    Select the correct input source
