If your PRISM+ washer is making loud noises or vibrating excessively during operation, it is usually caused by one of the following:
- The washer is not level.
- The adjustable feet are not properly set.
- The washer is installed on an uneven surface.
- The transport bolts have not been removed after installation.

Adjust each foot until:
- All four feet are firmly in contact with the floor.
- The washer does not rock when gently pushed from the corners.
- The appliance sits level on the floor.
Tip: Properly levelling the washer helps minimise noise and vibration during spinning.

Transport bolts are installed to protect the washer during transportation.
- If they have not been removed after installation, the washer may produce excessive vibration and loud noises.
- Verify that all transport bolts have been removed before using the washer.
