Why Aren't My PRISM+ Ceiling Fan Lights Working or Changing?

If your PRISM+ Ceiling Fan lights are not turning on, changing colour, or responding to the remote control, follow the troubleshooting steps below before contacting PRISM+ Customer Support.

Important: PRISM+ ceiling fan RGB lights do not support brightness adjustment. If your concern is related to RGB brightness, this is normal behaviour and an on-site technician visit is not required.

    A lost connection between the remote control and the ceiling fan may prevent the light controls from responding.

    How to Re-pair the Remote

    1. Turn ON the wall power supply to the ceiling fan.
    2. Within 30 seconds, press and hold the Fan ON/OFF button on the remote for 10 seconds.
    3. Wait until you hear a beep, which confirms that pairing has been completed successfully.

    Weak or depleted batteries may prevent the remote from sending commands to the ceiling fan.

    • Ensure the batteries are installed correctly.
    • Replace them with a new set if necessary.

    After pressing the light controls on the remote:

    • Listen for a beep from the ceiling fan.
    • A beep indicates that the ceiling fan has received the command.

    If there is no beep, try pairing the remote again.
