PRISM+ Support teamUpdated 13 July 2026~5 min remaining5 steps

If your soundbar remote is not responding, the issue is usually caused by depleted batteries, incorrect remote usage, signal interference, or a temporary system issue.

Follow the checks below to get your remote working again.

    1 min

This is the most common cause of remote control issues.

The remote requires a clear line of sight to the soundbar's receiver.

    Make sure:

    • You are within normal operating distance
    • The remote is pointed directly at the soundbar

  3. 3

Nearby devices may occasionally interfere with the remote signal.

    Try:

    • Turning off nearby electronic devices temporarily
    • Removing objects that may block the signal

A temporary software issue may prevent the soundbar from responding.

    1. Turn off the soundbar.
    2. Unplug the power cable.
    3. Wait 30 seconds.
    4. Plug the soundbar back in.
    5. Turn it on and test the remote again.

    Ensure:

    The power indicator is lit

The soundbar is connected to a working power outlet

The soundbar responds to physical buttons (if available)

**If the soundbar itself is not powering on, the issue may not be related to the remote.
