Refrigerator Not Cooling Properly? Here's What to Check

You may find this guide helpful if your refrigerator is experiencing any of the following:

  • Food and beverages are not staying cold
  • The refrigerator feels warmer than usual
  • The freezer is not freezing properly
  • Cooling performance has suddenly decreased

    ✔ Ensure that the refrigerator is receiving power.

    ✔ Verify that the power plug is securely connected.

    ✔ Check that the wall socket is functioning properly.

    ✔ Confirm that there are no tripped circuit breakers or power interruptions.

    Tip: If the refrigerator lights are not turning on, the issue may be related to the power supply.

    The temperature settings may have been changed accidentally.

    Recommended Temperature

    • Refrigerator [3°C – 5°C]

    • Freezer [-18°C (if applicable)]

    Allow several hours for the refrigerator to stabilize after adjusting the temperature settings.

    Check that:
