PRISM+ Support teamUpdated 10 September 2026~8 min remaining8 steps

If your PRISM+ Aura has disconnected and you are unable to pair it back, kindly remove the previously paired device and restart the pairing process.

Before You Start:

  • The customer will have to connect to 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network only
  • The customer will need to turn on Bluetooth as well
  • The customer might share that while pairing, the lights are on/off sometime. This is because the first beep will on/off the indicator light. Do assure customer that to enter pairing mode, he will need to look out for 2 beeps only - The light can be turned on/off later
  • If during the pairing, the indicator light is on - it will be blinking
  • Certain routers might have nuances that might require some troubleshooting to resolve
