- Turn OFF the wall switches for all the other ceiling fans.
- Leave only the affected fan switched ON.
This ensures the remote pairs with the correct fan.

Steps

Reset the fan by:
- Turning OFF the wall switch.
- Waiting 15 seconds.
- Turning the wall switch ON again.
This allows the fan receiver to restart.

With the fan switched ON:
- Point the remote directly at the fan.
- Press and hold the Power button.
- Wait until you hear a beep from the fan.
- Release the Power button.
- Press any Fan Speed button to check if the fan responds.
If the fan starts responding, the pairing is complete.
If the Fan Is Still Not Working
Try the following checks:

| Remote batteries | Replace both batteries with new ones. |
| Wall switch | Ensure the wall switch is switched ON. |
| Multiple fans | Make sure all other PRISM+ ceiling fans are switched OFF during pairing. |
| Pairing | Repeat the pairing process from Step 2. |
| Beep not heard | Power cycle the fan again and retry the pairing process. |
