I Can't Adjust My Monitor's Brightness. How Do I Fix It?

PRISM+ monitors include preset picture modes designed for different uses, such as:

  • Gaming
  • Movies
  • Reading
  • Standard use

When one of these preset modes is selected, the monitor automatically applies optimised display settings, causing the Brightness and Contrast controls to become unavailable.

Steps

    1. Press the Menu button (or joystick) on your monitor to open the OSD (On-Screen Display).
    2. Navigate to Picture Mode, Preset, or On-The-Fly Mode.
    3. Select Standard mode.
    4. Return to the Brightness menu.

    You should now be able to adjust the brightness and contrast normally.

    If the brightness is still unavailable:

    1. Open the OSD Menu.
    2. Navigate to System or Settings.
    3. Select Factory Reset (or Reset All Settings).
    4. Confirm the reset.

    After the monitor restarts, the brightness controls should be restored.

Still Can't Adjust the Brightness?

Try the following checks:
