What is a Wi-Fi Gateway for and how do I pair with my locks?
A Wi-Fi Gateway allows your PRISM+ Smart Lock to connect to the internet, enabling you to monitor and control your lock remotely through the mobile app.
Without a Wi-Fi Gateway, your lock can only communicate via Bluetooth when you are within close range.
Why Do I Need a Wi-Fi Gateway?
By pairing your lock with a Wi-Fi Gateway, you can:
✓ Lock or unlock your door remotely
✓ Receive real-time lock activity notifications
✓ Check lock status from anywhere
✓ Manage access when you're away from home
✓ View lock event records through the app
