- On the Dashboard page, select "+" or "Add device" button.
- Select "Door Bell".
- Check if the selected option matches the physical device to be paired, then select "Continue" button.On the Physical Device
- Open the black silicone cover on the back of the doorbell.
- Turn on the doorbell.
- Use a pen or other object to press and hold the RST button on the back of the device until you hear beeping and a voice command prompting that the doorbell camera is now ready to begin pairing.

How to pair the doorbell?

- Select "Continue" button
- Enter the WiFi details and select "Continue" button.
- The phone should show a QR code.(Aim the doorbell's camera at the phone screen to allow the doorbell to capture the information on the QR code.)
- Name your doorbell
If you wish to delete the Door Bell from PRISM+ Connect
On the main dashboard page, swipe left and the 'delete' button should show.
When the 'delete' button is selected, a prompt will show then press 'confirm'.
An OTP will be send to the main device phone number, key in the OTP then select 'Continue'.
Do take note that deleting the device will cause the device to be unpaired from the app and all data related to the device will be deleted.
