How Does Member Management Work for 2026 Smart Lock Models?
The Main Account Holder can invite family members or other users to access the smart lock through the PRISM+ Connect App.
Members must accept the invitation and download the app before they can access the lock.
Note: Only the Main Account Holder can add, edit, or remove members.
Before You Begin
Before inviting members, ensure that:
- Your 2026 PRISM+ Smart Lock has already been paired with the PRISM+ Connect App.
- You are signed in as the Main Account Holder.
- The member has access to the contact method used for the invitation.
Steps

Tap on the smart lock you would like to manage.

Navigate to: Member Management
- 4
Tap: Create Member
- 5
Enter the contact details of the person you would like to invite.
- 6
Tap Send Invitation.
The invited member will receive an invitation to download the PRISM+ Connect App and join your smart lock.
