   Set Up the Admin Passcode

   Before pairing your smart lock, you must create a new Admin Passcode.

   Step 1: Open the PRISM+ Connect App

   Launch the PRISM+ Connect App on your mobile device.

   Navigate to:

   Security → Pair New Device → Locks

   Select your smart lock model.

   Enter Programming Mode

   On the smart lock keypad:

   1. Press *
   2. Press #
   3. Enter the default Admin Code.
   4. Press #

   Default Admin Codes:

   Standard Models - 1111

   Ultra Models - 1114

   Create Your Admin Passcode

   1 minMark as done

   After entering the default code:

   1. Enter your new 6-digit Admin Passcode.
   2. Press #.
   3. Re-enter the same passcode.
   4. Press # again to confirm.

   Exit Programming Mode

   1 minMark as done

   Press the * button five (5) times to exit the menu.

   Your Admin Passcode has now been successfully created.

   Pair the Lock with the PRISM+ Connect App

   Once your Admin Passcode has been created, you can pair the lock with the app.

   Step 1: Wake Up the Lock

   Tap or wake up the lock keypad.

   Enter Pairing Mode

   +

   On the keypad:

   1. Press *
   2. Press #
   3. Enter your new Admin Passcode
   4. Press #
   5. Enter: 211

   The smart lock will enter pairing mode.

   Connect to Wi-Fi

   +

   1 minMark as done

   In the PRISM+ Connect App:

   1. Select your desired Wi-Fi network.
   2. Enter your Wi-Fi password.
   3. Wait for the pairing process to complete.

   When successful, you will see:

   "Device paired successfully."
