How do I replace the filter on the Vortex 2c?

   Replacing the Filter

   1. Turn off the air purifier and unplug it from the power socket.
   2. Turn the air purifier upside down.
   3. Turn the bottom cover anti-clockwise and lift it off.
   4. Remove the old filter.
   5. Take the new filter out of its packaging and remove the plastic wrap.
   6. Insert the new filter.
   7. Put the bottom cover back and turn it clockwise to lock it.
   8. Plug in and turn on the air purifier, then reset the filter (see next article).

   Tip: Only use original PRISM+ filters to avoid damaging the device. The air purifier won't turn on unless the filter and bottom cover are fitted properly.

   Resetting the Filter on the Device

   Option 1: On the unit

   1. Press and hold the filter icon until you hear 1 beep (about 3 seconds).
   2. The filter icon flashes red for about 20 seconds.
   3. While it's flashing, press and hold the filter icon again until you hear 1 beep (about 3 seconds). The reset is done.

   Option 2: In the PRISM+ Connect app

   1. Go to your device settings.
   2. Tap "Filter reset", then "Confirm".

   Tip: The Vortex 2c doesn't show filter health % on the unit. Check it in the PRISM+ Connect app.
