How Do I Pair or Remove a Remote Control for My PRISM+ Smart Lock?
You can pair or remove a remote control through the smart lock's programming menu using your Admin Passcode.
- 2131 – Pair a new remote control
- 2132 – Remove a paired remote control
Before You Begin
Before starting, ensure that:
- You know your Admin Passcode.
- The smart lock is powered on.
- You have the remote control with you.
To Add Remote (2131)
- Touch keypad to wake lock
- Press → *
- Press → #
- Enter admin passcode → #
- Enter 2131
- Press and hold unlock button on remote until voice prompt confirms pairing
To Remove Remote (2132)
- Follow same steps but enter
2132.
