How Do I Pair My PRISM+ Aircon with the PRISM+ Connect App?
Before You Start
Make sure the following are ready before pairing:
- Your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone.
- Have your PRISM+ Aircon remote controller ready.
Steps

Open the PRISM+ Connect App on your smartphone.
- Tap the “+” icon at the top-right corner.
- Select “AC”.
- Choose your aircon model: PRISM+ Zero or PRISM+ Neo

Using your aircon remote control, press and hold the “MODE” and “WiFi” buttons simultaneously until you hear a beep.

On the PRISM+ Connect App:
- Tap “Continue”.
- A pop-up window will appear. Tap “Confirm”

If you have completed Steps 1 to 4, tap “Skip”.
Otherwise, please ensure that Steps 1 to 4 have been completed before tapping “Next”.

On the “Pair Your Device” page, select the unique Wi-Fi hotspot created by your aircon.

On the “Connect Device to Wi-Fi” page:
- Select your home 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password.
- Tap “Continue”

Please wait while your aircon connects to the internet.
Once a pop-up window appears, tap “Connect”.

Once the connection is successful:
- Tap “Continue”.
- Enter your preferred name for the aircon.
- Tap “Save”
Your newly added aircon will appear on the main screen of the PRISM+ Connect App.
You’re all set! You can now control your PRISM+ aircon using the PRISM+ Connect App.
