How do I pair my laundry rack to the app?
Before You Start: Connect your phone to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network — the rack does not support 5 GHz.
- Open the app and tap the + (Add Device) icon.
- Select your laundry rack model from the device list.
- On the remote, press the UP and DOWN buttons together — 4 beeps confirm the rack is in pairing mode.
- Enter your WiFi password in the app.
- Wait for the app to confirm the device is connected.
- Follow the remote usage guide shown in the app — you can now control the rack via app or remote.
