How Do I Know If My PRISM+ Vacuum Is Charging or Fully Charged?
Your PRISM+ Vacuum uses indicator lights to show the current battery and charging status.
You can easily tell whether the vacuum is charging, fully charged, or running low on battery by observing the indicator lights.
Understanding the Indicator Lights
| Indicator Light Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Lights flash sequentially | The vacuum is currently charging. |
| All three lights remain on | The battery is fully charged and ready for use. |
| Lights turn off one by one during use | The battery level is decreasing during operation. |
| Last remaining light flashes | The battery is running low and should be recharged. |
Charging Status
Charging
When the vacuum is connected to the charger:
- The indicator lights will flash one after another.
- This indicates that the battery is actively charging.
Fully Charged
Once charging is complete:
- All three indicator lights remain illuminated.
Your vacuum is fully charged and ready to use.
Battery Level During Use
As you use the vacuum:
- The indicator lights will turn off one at a time to reflect the remaining battery level.
When only the final indicator light is left and it begins flashing, it's time to recharge the battery.
Quick Reference
| Light Behaviour | Status | Action Required |

| Lights flash sequentially | Charging | Continue charging until complete. |
