How do I connect my Vortex 2c to the PRISM+ Connect app?
Pair your Vortex 2c with the PRISM+ Connect app to control it from your phone and set custom timers.
Before You Start: Make sure your phone is on a 2.4GHz single-band or 2.4GHz/5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi network.

- Turn on the air purifier.
- Press and hold the power icon for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. [Confirm: 3 or 5 sec]

- Select your home or office Wi-Fi network, enter the password and tap "Continue".
- Wait up to 2 minutes for the device to pair.
- Once paired, name your air purifier.
- Add it to a location: create a new one or pick an existing one.
Tip: If pairing fails, check you're on a 2.4GHz network and try again.
