How to Activate Free Viu Premium Trial

   Steps to activating TV free trial as new Viu user

   1. Launch the Viu TV app after it has been installed on the TV and click on the “Start your free 30-day trial now!”
   2. Scan the QR code shown on the screen using a mobile device.
   3. Complete the Viu user account registration process on the mobile device. The registration process should only take 1-2 minutes to be completed.
   4. Once you have completed the registration on your mobile device, click on the “I have completed my registration” button on the TV.
   5. The Viu Premium TV Free Trial will now be activated on the PRISM+ TV.

   Activating the TV free trial without a registered Viu account

   1. Launch the Viu TV app after it has been installed on the TV and click on the “Start your 30-day free trial now!” button.
   2. Using the TV remote control, navigate to the "Skip Now"
   3. The Viu Premium TV Free Trial will now be activated on the PRISM+ TV.

   Activating free trial via Web Browser

   1. Click here to Viu home page and Click on "Member" at the top right hand corner, followed by "Redeem Code"
   2. Enter the 16-digits Viu redemption code that has been sent to you.
   3. Once the code has been entered, the subscription period will be shown. You may then proceed to login or register.
   4. There will be a pop-out window for you to choose your preferred way to sign up.
   5. After signing up or logging in successfully, you will be able to see the subscription period together with your account name.
   6. Click "Confirm" to activate Viu Premium subscription with immediate effect.
   7. Upon confirmation, the validity period will be shown as well. You are now ready to enjoy your Viu Premium subscription!
